Responsibilities

As a Procurement andSupply Chain Officer, you will play a crucial role in our contract biddingprocess. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the

procurement of goods and services required for our projects. You will also

ensure the smooth flow of materials, equipment, and services to meet projecttimelines and budget constraints.

Contact companies to get quotations for goods.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.

Identify potential subcontractors.

Fill out financial proposals/price schedule forms.

Contribute to preparing bid documents.

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Analyze costs and cost trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Monitor and control project expenses within budgetary limits.

Coordinate the logistics of materials and equipment to project sites.

Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure efficient transportation and delivery.

Maintain accurate procurement and supply chain records.

Generate reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supply chain performance.

Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure business continuity by addressing supply chain disruptions promptly.

Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet project demands.

Implement inventory tracking and control procedures.

Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
