Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, business or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a digital marketing assistant.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Excellent skills in creating, writing, editing (photo/video/text) content
- Proficient in the use of key social media marketing tools
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
- Familiarity with editing software like CANVA , Snappa, Photoshop and video programs
- Proven success in Content Creation that will pull the targeted audience to the brand and for the audience to effectively engage
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to maintain high standards of professionalism at all times
- Ability to work in a team or as an individual with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and its components
- Very good Business Data Analytics skills which is relevant in decision making

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Drafting and executing digital marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on Google (AdWords and organic search) and social media (Instagram, Facebook).
- Create and manage organic search campaigns through SEO
- Setting up and monitoring profitable pay-per-click advertising campaigns across different networks and platforms
- Monitor and optimize conversion rates
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performances as the basis for data-driven marketing decisions
