  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, business or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a digital marketing assistant.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Excellent skills in creating, writing, editing (photo/video/text) content
  • Proficient in the use of key social media marketing tools
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
  • Familiarity with editing software like CANVA , Snappa, Photoshop and video programs
  • Proven success in Content Creation that will pull the targeted audience to the brand and for the audience to effectively engage
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to maintain high standards of professionalism at all times
  • Ability to work in a team or as an individual with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and its components
  • Very good Business Data Analytics skills which is relevant in decision making

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Drafting and executing digital marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on Google (AdWords and organic search) and social media (Instagram, Facebook).
  • Create and manage organic search campaigns through SEO
  • Setting up and monitoring profitable pay-per-click advertising campaigns across different networks and platforms
  • Monitor and optimize conversion rates
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performances as the basis for data-driven marketing decisions
  • Email marketing campaigns, newsletters & promotion material development
  • Website Management
  • Participate in all aspects of marketing/special events planning and execution – market activations and fairs.
  • Undertake any other work-related duties as allocated
