Floor Attendants- Kisumu

City Walk Kenya is looking for friendly, energetic and customer-focused Floor Attendants to join our retail teams in Nairobi, Kisumu and Mombasa.

We’re looking for candidates who can deliver excellent customer service, support sales, maintain strong product displays and help keep our stores organised and well stocked.

The ideal candidate should have:

- 2–3 years’ retail or sales experience

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Confidence in upselling and cross-selling

- Basic knowledge of POS systems

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and shifts

- A Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
