Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, with demonstrated phone conversion success
Clear, professional English communication with neutral or minimal accent
English-only role
Confidence explaining pricing, services, and processes
Strong follow-up and relationship management habits
Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage and organize work across multiple systems (Salesforce, WellSky)
Empathetic, professional approach when working with families and prospects
Self-driven, consistent, and results-oriented professional
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Answer all incoming service inquiries by phone in a timely and professional manner
Clearly and confidently explain service options, pricing, strengths, and value proposition
Convert inbound calls into scheduled care consultations for the care advisory team
Log all inquiries, calls, and follow-ups accurately in Salesforce
Maintain clean, detailed, and up-to-date records in Salesforce and WellSky
Conduct follow-up calls with prospects to support the consulting and sales team
Perform Quality Assurance (QA) calls with existing clients
Manage daily inbound and outbound phone communication for the team
Coordinate lunch & learn sessions with hospitals and community referral partners
Support the marketing team by coordinating meetings and organizing materials
Serve as the first point of contact for families and referral partners
Support the sales team in an SDR-style role, focused on consistent activity and pipeline health
