Requirements
- Relevant University degree or Diploma in Business Management/ Supply Chain Management/Purchasing.
- 2 years’ work experience in inventory management
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, Innovative & creativity.
- Business and Commercial Acumen.
- Experience in warehousing/logistics / FMCG environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Well-organized individual and results oriented.
- Proficient use of MS Word
- Proficient use of MS Excel
- Proficient use of MS Outlook
Responsibilities
- Carry out stock inspection on daily spot checks/cycle counts and monthly stock takes and reconciles against the WMS stocks.
- Carry out proper housekeeping and stock arrangement on storage during put away activity.
- Ensure standard quality products are maintained in the warehouse zones and WMS system aligned to physical storage quantities.
- Update data entry on WMS for nonconformities on stocks due to storage bin misalignment/Flag and share weekly aging report with all stakeholders
- Report any nonconformity on stocks(loss) to the Operations manager real time to allow immediate investigation and closure
- Maintain Clear and accurate record keeping on daily reports on cycle counts and monthly stock takes.
- Fully responsible for safety at the various workstations with zero LTA.
- You may be required to undertake other duties as necessitated by business needs that may not be part of the responsibilities outlined in this role profile.
- Fully responsible for proper handling and safe usage of assigned equipment e.g Desktops, laptops,, etc
- Maintain a record of signed monthly stock take sheets for reference
- Ensure zero accidents and on time escalation.
- Ensure stock traceability is maintained
