Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, computer science, Sales and Marketing or any other related field.
5–10 years of solution sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years managing strategic relationships with Global 1000 enterprise customers.
proven track record within the IT Software sector is required; a background specifically in emailing company solutions is highly advantageous.
Exceptional consultative selling skills, including critical questioning, analytical thinking, and advanced negotiation.
Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate compelling qualitative and quantitative business cases for complex IT solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to both technical and executive audiences.
Proven ability to manage and close long-term, complex sales cycles from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain robust relationships at the executive level (CIO, Managing Director, and C-Suite) within assigned accounts to identify and close opportunities for E-Mail Platform products and services
- Identify, develop, and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth within enterprise accounts with complex requirements.
- Meet or exceed established revenue quotas while demonstrating continuous progress toward long-term account objectives.
- Partner with internal Presales, Marketing, Support, and Product Development teams to leverage appropriate resources for client success.
- Carry and exceed a revenue quota through continuous progress on account strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely forecasts within the CRM and provide regular updates to senior sales management.
- Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to drive adoption of E-mail Platform products and services
