Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) PLC One-Year Internship Programme 2026

KPC PLC invites applications from graduates who completed their studies from 2020 onwards and hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma for its one-year internship programme.

The programme is designed to provide youth with an opportunity to gain practical skills and hands-on experience in their respective areas of specialization. Internship opportunities are available across various departments of the Company in the following disciplines:

1. ICT: 2 positions available for applicants holding a Bachelor of Science (Information Technology).
2. Safety Health Environment: 2 positions available for applicants holding a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science/Occupational Safety & Health.
3. Finance: 2 positions available for applicants holding a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) or Bachelor of Accounting.
4. Revenue: 2 positions available for applicants holding a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) or Bachelor of Accounting.
5. Legal: 2 positions available for applicants holding a Bachelor of Law.
6. Corporate Planning: 2 positions available for applicants holding a Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Statistics.
7. Human Resource: 1 position available for applicants holding a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management or Bachelor of Business Management (HR).
8. Supply Chain: 1 position available for applicants holding a Bachelor of Procurement and Logistics Management or Bachelor of Science in Business Management (Supplies and Procurement Management).
9. Risk: 1 position available for applicants holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Engineering/Risk Management or its equivalent qualification.
10. Corrosion: 1 position available for applicants holding a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
11. Fibre: 1 position available for applicants holding a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Telecommunication/BSc IT/Computer Engineering.
12. Systems Automation: 2 positions available for applicants holding a BSc Electrical and Electronics Engineering or BSc (Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering).
13. Electrical: 10 positions available for applicants holding a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
14. Mechanical: 7 positions available for applicants holding a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
15. Operations: 4 positions available for applicants holding a Diploma in an Engineering field.
16. Civil: 3 positions available for applicants holding a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
17. Systems Automation: 2 positions available for applicants holding a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering.
18. Quality Control: 2 positions available for applicants holding a Diploma in Analytical Chemistry/Chemistry.
19. Corrosion: 2 positions available for applicants holding a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
20. Airwing: 1 position available for applicants holding a Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering.

A total of 50 positions are available across all departments.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be Kenyan citizens aged below 28 years.
• Applicants must have graduated from a recognized university from 2020 onwards.
• Applicants must be available on a full-time basis for the one-year duration of the programme.
