You might be a strong candidate if you:
- Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in LPG, FMCG, Micro-Finance, or Telecom.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and operational management skills.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams.
- Self-driven, process-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Passionate about clean energy and providing safe, affordable LPG solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and retain LPG Sales Agents.
- Coach agents to meet sales targets, manage consumption (ARPU), and deliver excellent customer service.
Operational Coordination:
- Work with the operations team to ensure installations, exchanges, and other services are completed within 24 hours.
- Monitor RAs/ICs to ensure they perform their duties as expected.
Stock & Inventory Management:
- Ensure sufficient cylinders, stoves, and FMCDs are available at depots.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve potential shortages.
Customer & Field Engagement:
- Support field teams in addressing customer issues promptly.
- Conduct market activations, community outreach, and group sales
- initiatives to drive adoption.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates to the RSM on:
- Sales and ARPU
- Agent recruitment, training, and retention
- Asset loss, stock levels, and operational issues
- Conduct weekly review meetings (Table Meetings) with Sales Agents to track performance and recognize top performers.
