ML/AI Engineer

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning or data science roles
  
• Strong Python skills with experience in scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow
  
• Hands on experience with LangChain and LangGraph (required)
  
• Experience deploying ML models to production environments
  
• Solid understanding of NLP concepts including embeddings, transformers and retrieval
  
• Familiarity with MLOps practices: versioning, monitoring, CI/CD for ML
  
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate or ChromaDB
  
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or related field
  

Nice to Have

• Contributions to open source ML projects
  

• Design and implement machine learning pipelines for classification, NLP and computer vision use cases
  
• Build conversational AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph and large language model APIs
  
• Develop RAG pipelines for document processing and knowledge retrieval
  
• Deploy models to production environments with proper monitoring and observability
  
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define requirements and success metrics
  
• Conduct experiments, A/B tests and model evaluations to validate hypotheses
  
• Write clean, tested and well documented code
  
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices
