Required qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in payroll, time management, or administrative support roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in timekeeping/payroll systems, including accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of payroll procedures and applicable labor laws.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and other related software or platforms.
  • Must be in possession of a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
  • Employees must read, speak, and comprehend English to the extent that they can perform the contract requirements and comply with installation emergency procedures.

  • Passport must be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring.

  • Ability to obtain country-specific visas per the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide.

  • Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain compliance throughout the duration of deployment.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process employee timekeeping records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Input, maintain, and reconcile employee work hours in the payroll system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.
  • Review and verify timesheets, time logs, and payroll data submitted by employees for discrepancies and resolve any identified issues.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, local, and international labor laws regarding work hours, payroll, and overtime regulations.
  • Prepare and process bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payroll as required, including calculation of overtime, holiday, and leave hours.
  • Generate and provide standardized and ad-hoc timekeeping and payroll reports for management and client review.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll and timekeeping-related inquiries, providing resolutions promptly and accurately.
  • Conduct periodic audits of timekeeping records and support internal and external payroll audits, maintaining compliance with company and client contract policies.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information and employee data, adhering to company privacy policies and relevant regulations.
  • Provide training and support to employees on timekeeping procedures, usage of systems, and compliance guidelines.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining timekeeping policies, processes, and software tools to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
