Responsibilities

Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand and recurring roles.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and interest level.
Maintain an organized database of active and passive candidates.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target profiles.
Track sourcing metrics and provide regular pipeline status updates.
Develop creative and strategic sourcing approaches to attract qualified candidates.
