Requirements
- A minimum period of eight (8) years relevant work experience, at least three (3) years of which must have been in a supervisory role;
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
OR
- Bachelors degree in Social Sciences Plus Diploma in any of the following discipline: Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations, Labour Relations or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Masters degree in any of the following disciplines: - Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Human Resource Planning, Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Certificate in Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution;
- Registered member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM);
- Proficiency in computer applications;
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results; and
- Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
