- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with electronic medical records systems is a plus.
