Coordinates the provision of contractual and ad hoc services to customers within the western region, complying with Company policies and procedures, to ensure achievement of budgeted financial targets. This includes management of the Kisumu Cash Centre.

- Effective management of operations in the western region in compliance with G4S policy and procedures
- Effective engagement on the performance of the branch network related to the Customer portfolio
