Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment efforts across multiple departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about recruiting who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Organization: Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges with a positive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service.
Responsibilities
Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Recruitment
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Support recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract top talent.
- Participate in career fairs and hiring events to promote the company’s employer brand.
- Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on screening results.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview materials and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process, providing updates and feedback.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR and coordination teams to align hiring needs and timelines.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
