- The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the dining-on-waterways experience, ensuring efficiency and safety.

Duties
- Coordinate and oversee all boat cruise operations including navigation, maintenance, guest services, and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize bookings for the boat cruise on waterways.
- Manage the booking system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of reservations.
- Work with the marketing team to promote the boat cruise and attract new customers.
