Our client an Ultra-modern beauty salon seeks to recruit a Male Admin manager for its salon located in Lekki Jakande.


Responsibilities
Our client an Ultra-modern beauty salon seeks to recruit a Male Admin manager for its salon located in Lekki Jakande.


• Responsible for managing the daily activities of the back-end office (staff affairs, business development/expansion, recruitment marketing strategies)

• Prepares payroll for the organization

• Prepare monthly financial report for the organization

• Interfaces with vendors and third-party suppliers

• Responds to enquiries on behalf of the company

• Handles phone calls for the company

• Manage the company’s e-mail, website and social media.

• Interfaces with our bankers (lodgment of cash, checks and bank drafts etc.)

• Responsible for payment of tax, levies and utility bills

• Any other duty as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer


Qualifications

• A BSC holder with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

• Strong Customer Service knowledge

• Strong Computer Skills

• Proficient with use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Requirements:

• Strong management and leadership skills

• Extensive ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• General bookkeeping and business finance knowledge

• Excellent writing, copywriting and editing (photo and video) skills.

• Advanced attention to detail

• Interest and ability to continue learning about market standards and changes in trends.

• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently

• Weekend work.
