- Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills: B.Eng in Civil or Electrical Engineering, CFOT certification preferred, good knowledge of fiber deployments, civil works, and materials standards, proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/Visio, and GIS.
- Work Experience: 3 years in turnkey fiber deployment and civil works standards, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD/GIS.
- Other Requirements: Hardworking, resilient, action-oriented, tech-savvy, result-driven, excellent decision quality, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, ability to work in teams, customer-focused, and committed to self-development.
Responsibilities

- Ensure quality assurance and control of outside plant fiber activities, contributing to overall quality objectives of the Infrastructure Division and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Deliverables
- Quality Assurance and Compliance of Outside Plant Deployments and Operations
- Periodic Audit and Verification of As Maintained Information and Records
- Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Reporting on Performance Indices
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Participate in all training requirements of the Division.
