  • Within the framework of Renmoney business strategy, contribute to the achievement of the company's objectives, by leading the Marketing, Growth, Communications, brand development and PR activities across all products and all channels.

  • The role reports to the CEO and is a member of the Senior Management Team.

Duties

  • Developing and Implementing marketing and communications Plans and Programs for all products at Renmoney, including detailed plans and programs for each channel built on monthly timeline, monthly budgets and Budgeted results. These plans will:
    • Drive 10’s of millions of Insta loan applications via web and app
    • Drive Millions of app downloads installs
    • Increase average revenue per active user on mobile app
    • Drive aggressive micro savings & deposits products growth metrics
    • Leverage re-brand to grow new audience base and engagement. Drive minimum 4.3 app rating
    • Leverage brand initiatives to drive increased awareness for savings and deposit products in addition to loans
  • Delivering enhanced reporting starting from detailed product dashboards to Detailed channels reports with key ratios, actuals versus budgeted results and projections of all business indicators and drivers.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through various online channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, display advertising, email marketing, and mobile marketing.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop and execute product marketing strategies, including product launches, messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, sales, customer service, and compliance, to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact.
  • Oversee the management of social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships, to amplify Renmoney's brand presence and drive engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Providing the sales team with expected volume of leads, applications and calls on an ongoing basis
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to ensure team success and individual growth.
  • Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plans

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess a University Degree, ideally majoring in Marketing
  • Experience & knowledge: 8+ years’ experience in marketing in a senior leadership role with preference for multinational companies operating in emerging markets and elsewhere.
  • Core competencies /skills: All aspects of marketing and communications.
