Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Science, Animal Science, Agriculture or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of the dairy industry, including knowledge of dairy farming practices,
milk production processes, milk collection and transportation systems.
Proficiency in supply chain management principles.
Strong project management skills, including resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of Hausa/Fulani language is essential.

Duties

Day-to-day operational management of the MCCs and ensuring collection targets are met for each MCC.
Manage the cold chain distribution network.
Manage sales and customer relationships for raw milk collected.
Manage relationship with the local co-operative bodies and the farmers.
Liaising with various statutory bodies, regulators and government organizations involved in the value chain.
Design and implement various capacity building activities and sustainability programmers for the farmers.
Liaising with our media partners and effectively managing public relations.
