Experience:

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years work experience in a similar role with a large organization.
  • Excellent and demonstrable negotiation, organization skills and strong abilities to manage tasks.
  • Excellent Microsoft Suite Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power-point.
  • Excellent LMS, Data Management and Analytical skills.

  • Participant Satisfaction – Percentage Satisfaction in post training evaluation
  • ITF Reimbursement higher than prior year
  • Training Vendor Management
  • Drive learning through optimization of LMS

Key Accountabilities

  • Support collation of training plans across the Group, sourcing of Vendors and implementation of training plans.
  • Manage the Performance Management Process by ensuring the objectives and appraisals are completed on the system in alignment with global timelines.
  • Support the recruitment and management of training vendors, review training contents, and ensure training logistics are made available as required.
  • Liaises with ITF in the registration of trainings, documentation, and application for reimbursements. Minimum reimbursement of 90% training contribution yearly
  • Post-training evaluation, preparation of training reports and submission to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the selection, placement and engagement of interns. Assess their development and evaluate their progress with supervisors.
  • Collation & maintenance of training data/history
  • Training facility management including sourcing, maintenance, and other related administrative responsibilities.
  • Administration of training programmes (physical, virtual and online via LMS)

    Internal & External Relationships:

    • Works closely with L & D team, HR Team and Line Managers
    • Manages training vendors
    • Liaises with ITF
