Job Description

  • We are looking for a motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team.
  • Our ideal candidate is an expert in customer relationship management (CRM), who is expected to develop relationships with existing and prospective clients in the health care field.
  • A candidate who employs their detailed product knowledge and sales skills to demonstrate the need for our products, as well as the benefits we offer over potential competitors.

Duties

  • Scheduling meetings and effective detailingwith potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals to promote and create strong visibility of products in the region.
  • Reach and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Identifying prospective business opportunities for the company.
  • Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
  • Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops and conferences.
  • Identifying customers' needs and recommending company products that best fulfil those needs.
  • Researching market trends,competitors’ activities and customer feedback.
  • Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department.
  • Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management.
