HND or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications in GMP, Food Safety, Lean Manufacturing, or TMP.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or FMCG production environment, preferably in production line operations or supervision.

Coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations, proper workflow, and achievement of shift production targets.
Monitor production processes and line performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement timely corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
Validate in‑process quality checks and ensure operators consistently adhere to GMP, hygiene, and production standards.
Allocate manpower effectively across production lines to ensure adequate staffing at each stage of the process.
Review and verify production documentation including batch records, material usage sheets, downtime logs, and shift reports.
Ensure effective communication between Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Packaging teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
