Description
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines.
- Troubleshoot Electrical and Electronic faults on machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Repair and maintain: Temperature controllers /PLC systems /Sensors and limit switches /Servo and hydraulic control systems /Heaters and thermocouples /Motor drives and contactors
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and quick fault resolution.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain proper maintenance records and reports.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of HND / BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in industrial or injection molding machine maintenance.
- Good knowledge of: Industrial electrical systems /PLC troubleshooting /Sensors and Limit Switches /Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to use electrical testing tools such as multimeter, clamp meter, and insulation tester.
- Experience with machines such as: Demag/ HaitianEngel/ Toshiba / Arburg
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and during shift operations if required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
