Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering) with at least 10 years’ experience in the Oil and gas sector.
Good knowledge of material management end-end processes. Good knowledge of variety of materials including mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical materials used in the integrated Oil and Gas sector.
The contractor staff should also have experience in the following areas, materials QA/QC, development and management of materials management processes and ability to plan for events (i.e. turnaround, preservation, material storage), inventory and warehouse management optimization.
Ability to interpret Key Performance Indicators to monitor performance,
Identify & execute continuous improvement initiatives, coaching teams/individuals and developing skills of others, identifying, and sharing best practice throughout Renaissance operations.
Responsibilities
Create and update all Renaissance Materials preservation procedures.
Maintain SharePoint site where all preservation documents are kept with access to appropriate persons.
Develop materials preservation maintenance plans – preventive and corrective.
Coordinate materials preservation both preventive and corrective maintenance plan execution
Supervise specialized preservation activities execution by the contracted preservation contractor and produce weekly and monthly reports.
Support Compliance Lead in the management of Renaissance Preservation Contracts.
Develop, Maintain and Update Maintenance Job Routines (MJR) for all critical materials group.
Support creation of Work Orders, Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders and Service Entries for Specialized Preservation Contract.
Work with warehouse team to ensure that all planned Preservation PMs (basic- and specialized) activities are carried out according to plan.
Manage basic preservation through PM Work Orders and ensure the WOs are technically completed after work completion
