  • B.Sc., HND or MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years related experience in the FMCG
  • Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience in a reputable FMCG is added advantage
  • Experience in Van sales and sales promoters’ management
  • Residing in any of respective location.

  • Coordinating with your team to ensure information is properly dispatched for effective result
  • Visiting /Making contacts with distributors to ensure sales are effectively done.
  • Identifying, evaluating and appointing new distributors.
  • Ensuring our product, all SKUs are billed and available across the assigned area.
  • Breeding and developing strategies for effective target achievement.
  • Preparing sales reports for your area on regular basis.
  • Carrying out effective target breakdown analysis and tracking to ensure targets are met.
  • Preparing reports on the activities of competition / Price analysis, promotion schemes, and rebates.
  • Discovering and developing a new market for larger coverage.
