Description
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven Experience: Prior experience as a Security Specialist, ideally within a warehouse or industrial environment.
- Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of modern security technologies, surveillance systems, and access control.
- Emergency Preparedness: Demonstrated knowledge of emergency response planning.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate across different teams.
- Legal Familiarity: Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to security.
Responsibilities
- Security Implementation: Enforce and implement robust security policies and procedures tailored to the warehouse facility.
- Surveillance & Monitoring: Manage and operate essential security technologies, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Incident Response: Respond effectively to security incidents and monitor surveillance systems for suspicious activity.
- Emergency Planning: Assist in developing emergency response plans and participate in regular drills to maintain team preparedness.
- Access Control: Regulate entry and exit points while maintaining precise records of all authorized personnel and visitors.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional departments to integrate security protocols into daily business operations and provide guidance on new initiatives.
- Documentation: Oversee the accurate and timely reporting of all security incidents to internal stakeholders.
