Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics,
or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in warehouse management or inventory control, ideally in the
nonprofit or humanitarian sector.
Skills:
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Basic financial skills for budgeting and reporting.
Personal Attributes:
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy items as necessary.
Commitment:
Understanding and alignment with the organization’s mission and values, particularly
