  • B.Sc. / B.Tech / HND in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10 – 12 years of experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of **maintenance planning and execution
  • Experience in **shutdown management and equipment troubleshooting
  • Good understanding of **root cause analysis techniques
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Independently handle mechanical breakdowns and ensure prompt resolution
  • Plan and execute *preventive and corrective maintenance* activities
  • Conduct *root cause analysis (Why-Why Analysis)* to eliminate recurring issues
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute **plant shutdown and turnaround activities**
  • Manage and optimize **spare parts inventory** to ensure availability and cost efficiency
  • Ensure equipment reliability and maximum uptime across production lines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and reports
