Qualifications & Experience

  • HND/bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain operations.
  • Experience within a multi-site or FMCG environment is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day supply chain operations across multiple business units, including planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Ensure adherence to standardized supply chain processes, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Drive consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence across all locations and functions.
  • Monitor and analyze key supply chain KPIs (e.g., service levels, inventory turnover, order fulfillment, cost efficiency).
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities; recommend actionable solutions.
  • Support the rollout and enforcement of standardized supply chain processes and systems across the organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
