  • The Branch Manager will supervise and manage all branch operations, develop business strategies to increase profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and procedures, managing staff, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Relevant professional certification (e.g. ACIB)
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager in a Commercial Bank
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement successful business strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures
  • Experience in the banking industry is a plus.
