- The Branch Manager will supervise and manage all branch operations, develop business strategies to increase profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Relevant professional certification (e.g. ACIB)
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager in a Commercial Bank
- Excellent people management skills
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Ability to develop and implement successful business strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures
- Experience in the banking industry is a plus.
