Description

  • A Business Manager is a professional who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
  • Their duties include managing and motivating the staff (tailors, & admin staff) with great customer service, managing business operations, as well as developing business strategies that will help them achieve success in a competitive marketplace.

Duties

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Complete business administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Oversee business operations including manufacturing, fabric sourcing, sales, customer service, and administration.
  • Manage inventory.
  • Handle website management including sales orders, pricing, and items.
  • Coordinate quarterly photoshoots.
  • Manage order dispatching.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Address all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.).
  • Set a shining example of good behavior and high performance.
  • Act as a liaison between staff and the Managing Director.
