Description
- A Business Manager is a professional who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
- Their duties include managing and motivating the staff (tailors, & admin staff) with great customer service, managing business operations, as well as developing business strategies that will help them achieve success in a competitive marketplace.
Duties
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Complete business administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Oversee business operations including manufacturing, fabric sourcing, sales, customer service, and administration.
- Manage inventory.
- Handle website management including sales orders, pricing, and items.
- Coordinate quarterly photoshoots.
- Manage order dispatching.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Address all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.).
- Set a shining example of good behavior and high performance.
- Act as a liaison between staff and the Managing Director.
