Qualifications

Minimum of O'Level certificate with five (5) credits including Mathematics and English Language.
Minimum of two (2) years' cognate experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, internal control, or related functions.
Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage

Initiate and monitor the loading process of company products, ensuring accuracy in loading patterns and compliance with approved procedures.
Detect, prevent, and report any cases of underloading or overloading of company products.
Verify that invoiced products correspond with gate passes, weighbridge dockets, and other supporting documents before dispatch.
Maintain accurate registers and records of all product load-outs and inventory movements.
Monitor the discharge of AGO, Petrol, Gas, and other materials to ensure the correct quantity and quality are received by the company.
Supervise the loading and evacuation of scrap materials to ensure only authorized items are released.
Verify locally supplied goods and materials before usage and payment approval.
Monitor weighbridge operations and ensure compliance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Verify invoiced goods and goods receipts on D365 to ensure accuracy and completeness.
