Facility and Store Assistant

Required Qualifications and Experience

• BSC/HND in Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply, Accounting or any other related course of study. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
  

• Receive fuel and other store items for the station.
  
• Ensure all fuel receipts are measured using a flow meter and conducted to verify correct quantity and quality.
  
• Issue other store items and fuel to IITA vehicles and generators strictly based on approved fuel slips.
  
• Issue only upon presentation of a duly approved SRV.
  
• Maintain accurate and up to date records for all stored items.
  
• Provide monthly usage reports to support charge back processes.
  
• Raise timely requests for replenishment of store items to prevent complete stock depletion.
  
• Assist with asset listing activities.
  
• Support proper maintenance and updating of asset records.
  
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
