Hydraulic Maintenance Specialist

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  
• Minimum 15 years experience in hydraulic maintenance within cement, mining, or heavy industry
  
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques
  
• Experience with high-pressure systems and preventive maintenance practices
  
• Familiarity with CMMS and safety standards
  
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills
  

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems and components.
  
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic faults to minimize production downtime.
  
• Maintain and overhaul pumps, valves, cylinders, and hydraulic power units.
  
• Monitor system performance and conduct root cause analysis.
  
• Support installation and commissioning of new hydraulic equipment.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
  
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support uninterrupted plant operations
  
• Provide training, development and leadership to plant maintenance personnel.
  
• Maintain and update operating and training manuals for the mechanical department.
