Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in instrumentation and control system design, analysis, and implementation
- Proficiency in using CAD software for control system design
- Experience with control system programming and software tools such as PLC programming, DCS programming, or SCADA systems

- Oversee the selection of instrumentation parts, such as controllers, transmitters, and sensors.
- Troubleshoot, Inspect, test, maintain, repair, clean, and calibrate instrumentation and solid-state and microprocessor-based control equipment including plant communications, equipment, programmable controllers, distributive control systems, generator excitation equipment, battery chargers, and semiconductor devices.
- Repair or replace control devices such as switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, push buttons, contactors, motor starters, transmitters, etc. as needed.
- UseCAD softwareto create schematics, diagrams, and layouts for control systemsand put into practice control plans.
- Make regular inspection rounds of plant instrumentationand control equipment
- Assist in developing detailed preventive and predictive maintenance procedures for plant instrumentation and control equipment
- Install, build, or modify plant instruments, and control equipment as directed by the Line Manager
- Ensure that projects are finished on schedule and under budget by working together with key stakeholders.
- Review and approve instrumentation and control system design documents, including specifications, drawings, and calculations.
- Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to clients and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that instrumentation and control systems are designed and installed in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
- Execute other assignments as may be directed by the Line Manager
