Qualifications & Experience

OND in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Additional training or exposure in control systems engineering will be an added advantage.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in plant maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Practical knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI programming, operation, and implementation.
Working knowledge of industrial communication networks such as Profibus, Modbus, AS iBus, CANbus, and Industrial Ethernet

Install, maintain, and support industrial automation and instrumentation systems to ensure stable and efficient plant operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve faults on automation systems, including PLC hardware, I/O modules, field instruments, HMIs, and associated control panels.
Carry out planned preventive maintenance, calibration, and routine inspections of instrumentation and control systems.
Assist in PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming, configuration, and modifications for process optimization and plant improvement initiatives.
Collect, collate, and record machine and process parameters for analysis and performance monitoring.
Monitor automation system data and trends to support focused improvement and reliability initiatives.
Provide technical support and basic training to operators and maintenance personnel on automation and instrumentation systems.
