Key Account Executive - Rivers

• Responsible for The Distribution and Growth of LSNL portfolio across Moder Trade (MT) channels in Nigeria
• Engage profitably the Distributor Management and Team
• Ensure speedy listing of new product and maintain presence.

Main Responsibilities / Tasks

• Tracking the sales trends in MT outlets across all the regions in Nigeria by reviewing the distributors weekly sales reports.
• Ensuring trade price stability and compliance by constantly Monitoring shelf prices and competitors’ market intelligence and countering.
• Develop our marketing activities plan with the marketing team e.g Back to School promotion.
• Draw up annual business plans with the existing distributor templates in key Modern trade Outlets.
• Collaborating with Distributors sales Team in Listing of New SKU across all Modern trade Outlets.
• Weekly review meeting with distributors sales leadership team to address all challenges and growth opportunities across the regions
• Ensuring proper inventory Management of Stock Holding with Distributor to support secondary sales achievement
• Develop New Sales opportunities and engaging distributors within designated Region.
• Support the distributor in Generating Orders and ensure prompt delivery
• Proper liaison between Distributor sales team and the relevant stakeholders (Billing Team and Supply Chain) guarantee prompt response to Orders and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage Distributor database of Modern Trade Customers.

Key Performance Indicators

• Achieve MT sales targets. (Category, Brands & SKUs)
• Numeric Dsitribution , Achieving 80% coverage of the MT Universe
• Ensure 40% up country Regional Contribution
• Ensure 75% Listing of Ideal Range.

Simple Criteria

• R - Relevant experience in sales and business development functions.
• R - Perfect knowledge of Microsoft operating system, especially Power-Point & Excel.
