Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–7 years experience in logistics or transportation operations
- Knowledge of GPS tracking, route planning software, and fleet management tools
- Strong leadership, communication, time management, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple trips simultaneously
- Knowledge of transport laws, safety regulations, and compliance
- Ability to work effectively with drivers and mechanics
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills (added advantage)
