About You
- We are looking for applicant with a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of work experience in monitoring and evaluating large multi-year international development programs, with a robust M&E component. A holder of Master’s degree is preferred.
- The candidate should possess proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative methodologies, research, reporting, data quality assessments, data analysis and presentation.
- S/he should demonstrate strong coordination, teamwork, and planning skills with proven ability to function effectively with multiple counterparts in private, public and NGO sectors.

The Opportunity
- The purpose of this role is to coordinate all Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) activities of the EU project in Sokoto state as per the annual approved work plan and the achievement of agreed Project development objectives.
- S/he is to coordinate the operationalization of effective and appropriate MERL system, reporting, evaluations for measuring outputs, outcomes, impact, lessons learnt and recommend key action points to improve programme delivery across the organization.
