Job Description
- Provide specialized nursing care for newborns in theNeonatal Intensive Care Unit, including premature infants and those with critical health conditions.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with procedures such as intubation and feeding.
- Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Support and educate parents on neonatal care, addressing their concerns and providing guidance on infant care post-discharge.
