About the program
CNL’s Medical Laboratory Scientist Internship Program demonstrates Chevron’s commitment to corporate social responsibility by giving students practical industry exposure. The program offers fresh graduates, a supervised training that helps them apply theoretical knowledge in real laboratory settings, build technical and professional skills, and develop ethical practice in line with the requirements of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN), preparing them for professional registration.
As an intern, you will handle tasks related to your discipline and area of research under the guidance of a supervisor, who will assign daily responsibilities and support your development throughout the program.
The program also provides valuable industry and functional insight through hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to learn from professionals within the company.
Eligibility
- The program is open to recent Nigerian graduates with a BSc in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) from local or international institutions.
- Applicants must hold a provisional license issued by the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
Requirements
- Applicants must submit a recommendation letter from their institution with their internship application.
- The internship lasts 12 months.
- All applications must be submitted online through the application portal.
- Applicants should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants will undergo a shortlisting process, including an aptitude or skills test. Final selection will be based strictly on candidate performance and space availability.
