Qualifications & Experience
- 5 O-Level credits, including Mathematics and English/ NABTEB, or Trade Test Grade.
- NABTEB / City & Guilds (C&G) in a related discipline.
- Minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience in a manufacturing, production, warehousing, or packing environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect packing materials from the store and ensure their availability for packing operations.
- Maintain proper custody and safekeeping of all materials received for use.
- Support the effective loading and dispatch of finished products to customers.
- Assist in coordinating and supervising packers and loaders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor packing activities to ensure adherence to required quality standards, including bag weight and stitching quality.
- Prepare and maintain relevant operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) requirements and standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
