Procurement Officer - Apapa

Qualification and Experience

• B.Sc. or HND in Engineering, Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply, Economics, or related field
  
• Minimum of Two (2) years procurement experience
  
• Experience in import/export procurement or refinery operations is an advantage
  

1. Identify, prequalify, and engage approved local and international suppliers.
   
2. Request and evaluate quotations and ensure competitive sourcing.
   
3. Prepare bid analysis and recommend optimal sourcing decisions.
   
4. Evaluate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP MM.
   
5. Coordinate approval workflows and ensure timely PO generation.
   
6. Follow up on supplier confirmations and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
   
7. Liaise with logistics, stores, finance, and clearing agents for delivery and payments.
