Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, Sociology, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
  • The candidate must have graduated, be IT-savvy, and demonstrate strong digital proficiency.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in programme coordination, training administration, startup ecosystem support, CSR programme delivery, social impact initiatives, learning and development, or related roles
  • Experience working in a corporate environment, foundation, social impact organization, startup support platform, or structured programme office will be an advantage
  • Prior exposure to coordinating external-facing programmes, events, or stakeholder engagements is highly desirable


Responsibilities

A. Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Oversight

  • Support the development and coordination of innovative programmes that advance the organization’s startup, talent, and social impact objectives
  • Coordinate startup-focused initiatives, including programme communication, performance tracking, and reporting
  • Support oversight of programme portfolios to ensure delivery quality, timeliness, and alignment with strategic priorities

B. CSR & Talent Programmes

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of CSR, talent development, empowerment, and social impact programmes
  • Support the implementation of structured learning and development programmes for beneficiaries, founders, participants, or ecosystem stakeholders
  • Assist in developing programme content, session plans, communication materials, and participant engagement approaches

C. Corporate Events, Marketing & Sponsorships

  • Coordinate programme events such as masterclasses, workshops, pitch sessions, stakeholder engagements, conferences, and related forums
  • Support engagement with sponsors, strategic partners, facilitators, speakers, and service providers
  • Assist in preparing sponsorship communication, programme collateral, talking points, decks, concept notes, and other external-facing materials

D. Programme Operations & Delivery

  • Manage programme schedules, logistics, invitations, confirmations, attendance records, and follow-up activities
  • Coordinate communication with programme participants, founders, facilitators, partners, and vendors
  • Facilitate meetings and support training sessions where required
