Job Description
- Oversee real estate development projects from inception to completion.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals, assigning tasks and responsibilities and monitoring performance.
- Secure necessary resources, such as land, permits, financing, and materials, to support project objectives.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost control measures to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress against milestones, and proactively address schedule conflicts or delays.
- Address any issues or obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, addressing any legal or regulatory issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns or issues as they arise.
