Duties and Duties
- Prospect new SME clients and assist them for loan applications.
- Analyse and interpret financial statements to make informed business decisions as regards a borrower - viability, capacity to repay
- Deposit Mobilisation and retention via prospecting, converting new prospects and managing existing relationship
- Grow customer base through customer acquisition via the sale of bank products
- Driving liability balances on accounts within their portfolio
- Cross-sell electronic products for ease of transacting
- Participate in market storms, event and door-to-door marketing
- Provide daily/weekly sales report
- Attendance of weekly/monthly performance review
- Conducts loan appraisal and collects detailed information (personal, business, and guaranties) and arranges to open a new loan account.
- Prepares and arranges documentation for approval and disbursement of loan.
- Maintain contact and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Ensure full compliance with all in-place.
- Any other task as assigned by the Head of Department.
