Duties and Duties

  • Prospect new SME clients and assist them for loan applications.
  • Analyse and interpret financial statements to make informed business decisions as regards a borrower - viability, capacity to repay
  • Deposit Mobilisation and retention via prospecting, converting new prospects and managing existing relationship
  • Grow customer base through customer acquisition via the sale of bank products
  • Driving liability balances on accounts within their portfolio
  • Cross-sell electronic products for ease of transacting
  • Participate in market storms, event and door-to-door marketing
  • Provide daily/weekly sales report
  • Attendance of weekly/monthly performance review
  • Conducts loan appraisal and collects detailed information (personal, business, and guaranties) and arranges to open a new loan account.
  • Prepares and arranges documentation for approval and disbursement of loan.
  • Maintain contact and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Ensure full compliance with all in-place.
  • Any other task as assigned by the Head of Department.
