- MBBS Certificate from recognized institution
- Current Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) license to practice
- Evidence of full registration with MDCN
- Evidence of NYSC Discharge/ exemption certificate (where applicable)
- Candidate with primaries certificate of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (NPMCN) or its equivalent is an added advantage.
