- Minimum of HND /B.Sc in any discipline
- 2–3 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service in an FMCG company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a proactive attitude
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts
- Professional appearance and good customer engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to customers promptly and professionally
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Maintain attractive product displays in line with company standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory for replenishment
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
- Support in-store marketing and promotional activities
